My career roadmap has been all over the place.
Grew up with a single mother washing dishes in our family restaurant
Attended AOC and got my first exposure to technology in my COC classes
Almost didn’t attend college due to financial restraints but was blessed with a full-ride scholarship last minute
After switching majors 4 times, graduated college with a degree in CS
Worked at Amazon as a software engineer for a year
Quit job to become a part-time voiceover artist while focusing on entrepreneurial ventures

What I'm currently doing/hope to do
I believe life is about embracing change. After working at Amazon as an engineer for a year, I decided there was more to life than having a comfortable job. Recently, I took the leap to enter a year of entrepreneurial exploration. Currently, I have a remote job narrating children’s audiobooks while I spend the remainder of my time on startups. My current startup focuses on custom car mods.
ADVICE
How to maximize my time in high school?
Advice #1: Pursue what is meaningful (not what is expedient)
Advice #2: Tell the truth — or, at least, don’t lie
Advice #3: Assume that the person you are listening to might know something you don’t
Advice #4: Never drink to feel better; only drink to feel even better
